Intercession is communication with God on behalf of others. What breaks God’s heart must
break ours. Only then can intercession begin. Anintercessor must have an intimate
acquaintance with God.
We pray for Justice to prevail on behalf of Freedom Arena. (Isaiah 59:15 & 16).
We plead to God for justice knowing that God is just, but also understand that in that place of
justice the Lord is also merciful. We have a deep concern for God’s glory, so giving thanks and
praise at every meeting. God takes note of intercessors giving us victory in all our endeavors.
(Eze 9:1-5).
Intercessory meetings are mainly on line 3 days a week, but we have face to face meetings
every first Tuesday of the month in the Portacabin. We also have a midnight prayer session
when the Holy Spirit leads us.
As praying regularly for others becomes a habit, God meets our needs even before we ask.
Our commitment to pray for others is a calling from God, and we feel privileged to be part of this
special work. God builds your faith through your faithfulness to pray. As you witness his faithful
answers to prayer, your own faith is built up, God sustains you, and you become mighty in the
spirit. Prayer is the most divine act you can perform for the kingdom of God. It is a selfless
action that glorifies God our father. We receive divine protection when we serve in the ministry
of intercession and are in God’s perfect will when we pray for others and are kept in the shadow
of His wings.
